Moral Values
What is Moral Values?
1.) Moral values are standard accepted principals of life .it is concerned with the principals of right and wrong behavior and the goodness or badness of human character .Moral values are things held to be right or wrong or desirable or undesirable. Moral values form a subset of the set of all values, and a value simply consists of the things (abstract or concrete) that some people value.
2.)The term implies that character traits of love, honesty, compassion, etc. have real value for the individual. The value is usually in terms of good feelings. For example, I feel good about myself if I am honest and bad if I tell a lie.
Thus the term "moral values" reduces morality to obtaining good feelings. And so a character trait only has value if one can generate feelings. Compassion is of value only if I feel like being compassionate.
3.) The word used prior to "moral values" was the word virtue. Virtue places those character traits outside of the realm where they can be bought and sold for good feelings. Virtue assumes that those character traits are the proper order of the universe and not at all dependent upon how I feel.
4.) Martin Luther King, Jr. once wrote that the universe is on the side of justice. That would make justice a virtue. If he had said, "doing the just thing will make you feel good inside", then that would make justice a moral value. Of course, virtue depends upon a Creator/God who makes the universe to care
OR simply.......

What are moral values?
Moral values are the standards of good and evil, which govern an individual’s behavior and choices. Individual’s morals may derive from society and government, religion, or self. When moral values derive from society and government they, of necessity, may change as the laws and morals of the society change. An example of the impact of changing laws on moral values may be seen in the case of marriage vs. “living together.”
In past generations, it was rare to see couples who lived together without the benefit of a legal matrimonial ceremony. In recent years, couples that set up household without marriage are nearly as plentiful as traditional married couples. But, not only are such couples more plentiful, they are also more accepted by other individuals in our society. In earlier society, the laws and morals simply came from the Roman system of law, which was largely based on the Ten Commandments. As society moved into the modern era, that earlier system of laws became more and more eroded.
Moral values also derive from within one’s own self. This is clearly demonstrated in the behavior of older infants and young toddlers. If a child has been forbidden to touch or take a certain object early on, they know enough to slowly look over their shoulder to see if they are being observed before touching said object. There is no need for this behavior to be taught; it is instinctive. Once, however, any form of discipline is applied to modify the child’s behavior, the child now gains the capacity within himself to distinguish his right behavior from his wrong behavior. Now, the child can make correct choices based on his own knowledge. The choices that are made by an individual from childhood to adulthood are between forbidden and acceptable, kind or cruel, generous or selfish. A person may, under any given set of circumstances, decide to do what is forbidden. If this individual possesses moral values, going against them usually produces guilt.
Religion is another source of moral values. Most religions have built-in lists of do’s and don’ts, a set of codes by which its adherents should live. Individuals who are followers of a particular religion will generally make a show of following that religion’s behavioral code. It is interesting to note that these codes may widely vary; a person whose religion provides for polygamy will experience no guilt at having more than one spouse while adherents to other religions feel they must remain monogamous.
Value Theory
Value theory encompasses a range of approaches to understanding how, why, and to what degree people should value things, whether the thing is a person, idea, object, or anything else. This investigation began in ancient philosophy, where it is called axiology or ethics. Early philosophical investigations sought to understand good and evil, and the concept of "the good". Today much of value theory is scientifically empirical, recording what people do value and attempting to understand why they value it in the context of psychology, sociology, and economics.
At the general level, there is a difference between moral and natural goods. Moral goods are those that have to do with the conduct of persons, usually leading to praise or blame. Natural goods, on the other hand, have to do with objects, not persons. For example, to say that "Mary is a morally good person" might involve a different sense of "good" than the one used in the sentence "Wow, that was some good food".
Ethics tend to be focused on moral goods rather than natural goods, while economics tends to be interested in the opposite. However, both moral and natural goods are equally relevant to goodness and value theory, which is more general in scope.

Angry Person
What is anger?
Simply put, anger is an emotion like all other emotions. Emotions are signposts into our internal structure. It’s simply something we feel.
How do we become angry?
There is a direct and an indirect process of becoming angry. If we are referring to anger as an emotion like sadness, hurt, or joy, anger is simply a direct feeling response. So something happens, and we may react to it with feeling hurt, angry, or some other emotion.
However, anger can also be a secondary emotion. Many people (particularly males) are trained to accept the feeling of anger, but not to accept the feelings that may have preceded it; such as feelings of hurt, fear, or vulnerability. Sometimes when we feel hurt or vulnerable, we immediately jump to anger because that’s more acceptable to us. In this context, it becomes a secondary emotion, it’s the feeling we can tolerate rather than such feelings as hurt or vulnerability.
When does anger become unhealthy? How do I know?
Anger is unhealthy when it gets in the way of your functioning or your relationships; if anger is causing you to loose friends, put your job in jeopardy, if people complain to you about your anger, if you hear people talking about you having a bad temper. These are signs that your anger is getting in your way, and therefore it’s unhealthy.
Does anger have a neurological basis?
Is it hereditary? No, anger doesn’t have a neurological basis any more than any other feeling. And no, it isn’t hereditary. There are people who suffer from a certain kind of illness called intermittent explosive disorder. This illness results in anger being used as a secondary emotion, prompting an outbreak of rage, smashing things, yelling at people and so forth. There may be some hereditary basis to this, but there is no clear evidence at the present.
Can medication help treat anger?
Certain kinds of anti-depressants reduce explosive disorders, and also reduce anxiety. But generally, medication is not used to directly treat anger. Anti-depressants are more often used to temporarily relieve symptoms associated with anger, such as anxiety or depression.
Is there a pattern and process to becoming angry?
When it’s a secondary emotion, there’s the process of moving from whatever the original emotion is to the anger, because it’s too hard to stay with the original feelings.
Two people in the same situation; one becomes angry, one does not; why?
It’s the same as with any other feeling. We are affected by the interpretation we have of an event. Some people become angry because they read something into an event which could cause hurt or pain that can eventually translates into anger. Somebody else either reads something else into the event or doesn’t read much into the event at all, and therefore doesn’t feel the anger.
How does one’s anger affect other people?
How does anger affect relationships? In particular, the violence that women and children face (primarily from men) is a result of anger. Anger can very much affect other people if it’s tied into threat of violence, or into violence itself. It also tends to shut down the people who are around the angry person. Angry people may find their relationship becoming less open because people are afraid to argue back. This can be devastating, and ruin relationships.
What are some physical side affects of anger?
Can anger kill me?There seems to be some small amount of physical side effects. There is clear evidence of increased blood pressure, and with increased blood pressure is a propensity towards a stroke.
What can I do when I’m feeling angry?
You can attempt to process it. Think through right and wrong. Get clear about what your underlying feelings are. Pardon the cliché, but take a "time-out". Remember, anger is a feeling that is here today, gone tomorrow, but the pain and backlash we inflict on others during anger are harder forgotten. If the anger is so intense that processing and time-outs don’t help, the best next options are to release the anger through activity or towards inanimate objects.
It’s also best if you do this alone, because even releasing anger on inanimate objects can be threatening to other people. After you get alone, you can do things like using a bat on a couch or pillow. Some other ideas for releasing anger might be playing basketball, racquetball, jumping rope, taking a pet for a walk, watching television, or reading a newspaper article. These are all excellent ways to take a time-out or release anger appropriately. Remember, the option that is NEVER available is hitting another person. You have the right to be angry, but you do not have the right to hit someone.
I’ve been told to keep my cool and don’t get angry, but sometimes I can’t. I’m so frustrated! The question is, do you have something to be angry about?
Sometimes people treat us poorly, and don’t expect us to respond. If you’re in conditions which frequently upset you, then it makes sense to start looking for, or creating other conditions. So often we want to change what other people do that initiates our anger. That’s part of the anger problem; so often people do things differently than we want. Getting angry is not going to change what other people do, and usually does not change or improve the situation much.
The key to resolving anger issues is to get in touch with what is going on inside yourself, and to take care of yourself. Being frustrated by your anger plays into being more angry. If you really are having a struggle with being angry, recognize it, and give yourself a chance to work with it, to figure out what’s fueling it, and how you can let go of it. For a few people, emotions, particularly like anger, can become like a habit; addictive in their pattern. They get a release of endorphins every time they get angry. But most important to remember, is anger is best used if processed, rather than acted on spontaneously.
Do men get angry more than women?
No. There is no evidence of this at all. However, in our society, obvious anger by men is more acceptable than obvious anger by women. We see anger in women quite frequently too, but usually more subtly than the anger seen in men. Only two generations ago, a woman had to exhibit her anger only in ways that people wouldn’t be able to pick it up. There’s still some of that hiding of anger by women, but that doesn’t mean women get angry any less than men. Anger is not part of how we identify women in the culture, but it is part of how we identify men. Therefore a woman being angry is less acceptable.
Sometimes I go back and forth from depressed to angry. Why?
It depends on where your anger is coming from, or where your depression is coming from. If you’re in a terrible situation or have been in a situation that is very hurtful to you, then at times you may feel sad and disillusioned about yourself and the future. And at other times you may be enraged at the situation, another person, or yourself.
It’s important to examine what’s going on in your life. If things seem to be fine, yet you go back and forth between depression and anger, chances are that the anger is a cover up for the depression or vice versa. Depression can also occur if we’re in situations where we aren’t allowed to feel/show anger, then depression may be what we replace it with.
How do I let someone know I’m angry?
Should I wait until I "cool down"?Ideally, we stay very much in touch with our feelings and we let people know what those feelings are best while we’re still feeling them. Anger within the context of it being just an emotion, like all other emotions, can be stated plainly, "I’m angry about xyz." However, because anger can be such a strong emotion, and feel so personal, many times we’re better waiting for some of the "heat of the moment" to cool down before we talk about what’s troubling us. More often than not however, our "angry" feelings are primarily due to other feelings such as feeling hurt or abandoned.
So what we can say to another person is, "I’m feeling hurt, abandoned and angry about what you just did". Unfortunately, what happens to a lot of people is they sit on things, then it all comes out in an angry outburst. Within this context, it’s important to let a person know you’re angry in a way that’s not deliberately hurtful to them. It’s important to understand anger, and to view it not as a separate and unwanted feeling, but rather one of the many feelings. We need to be willing to let others know how we feel about all feelings, not just anger. Revealing feelings can leave us feeling vulnerable, and therefore, it is true.

1
Let it all out, but not on anyone directly. Take a moment by yourself to get the frustration out. Especially when you are about to lose your control. Sometimes keeping it bottled up isn't always necessary. Not when you are about to lose control over the stress. Punch on a punching bag, use that emotion out in a physical and positive manner. Working out in a physical manner can help. Or you can cry it out by yourself if you like. If you need to let it out, go ahead. Just don't do it in a destructive way to yourself, or anyone else. Sometimes this method needs to happen.
2
Take a break. Take a break from whatever it is that's causing you stress. It can be a 15 minutes break, or whatever it is you need. Collect yourself and regroup. Sometimes if you try to push too far, you just burn yourself out. Then you blow up and lose all control over it. This makes it hard to not stay in control and calm when feeling really stressed out. Take a break and remove yourself from the stressful situation. Whatever it is.
3
Find something relaxing. Take a moment to ease your mind, by maybe listening to a song that relaxes you on your ipod. Take time to do something that makes you feel relaxed, comfortable, and good. When we get stressed, we get tensed. When that happens, we can't make much logic or sense of the situation. You need to ease your mind mentally, which will help maintain control and allow you to calm down over the situation. Sometimes a walk can help, whatever works.
4
Find someone or something that makes you laugh. I guess if you're at work, this can be difficult. Find something to ease the tension out of you, the best bet is laughter. Even crack a joke or two over what is stressing you out. Make light of the situation a little bit, it will help. Call the one friend who you know that will make you laugh. There's always one friend that can really make you feel a lot better, with a joke or two.
5
Don't exaggerate and maintain being positive. Don't make too big of a deal out of the situation. Try not to exaggerate and think about the positive solutions. When you keep it positive, it's easier to deal with stress and maintain control. I've applied these techniques to my own life. I've had a lot to be stressed over, but thinking positive really helps me come up with better solutions. It allows me to maintain calmness and control over the situation.

We are born healthy, energetic and peaceful. From Mother's womb, we shared food from mother. Within six months, we will patiently and kept activated. When the day we are born and given the pure blood of hope. World is looking on us and Tears moisten the fun. Serves best gift of the mighty God. A clean and sinless, being baby is a symbol of weakness. This is an effective incentive to the men should repent. Why? Since most of us grow arrogant and exploitative. We forget that we came from ignorance and weakness. We ruined it all by staining the world. "We do not satisfy our selves from the natural living world" Bible, Quran. Abuse, we created in the world. We disregard balanced lifestyle in the world, peaceful and tranquil. Chooses wicked path. choose to be disobedient and delicious substitute for living and material things.
Forgot the god have created? Forgot being also a dying person and someday you will be open to the next? and you forgot that when you die you will live underground in a very long time? Essentially saying, "Repentance is Lagging in the end." My friend, not hule all. If you think that when you are gone will return again to earth and live a good, you are wrong! Until now it has still not emerged Hitler to achieve his eternal life on earth! The land is a place so that you do well and back view to create your very being. Do you believe that the world would not be well when people are fairly equal levels of living and also rank equally! No! Look what happened in the world! Lots of suffering done because of so called "greed"! Not be for you you'd even take! And by intelligence is able to deceive both to get his wealth?
Not bad if the rich will go to your neighbor! Enrich the meaning is to you to help others! A town with a single rank (satisfied) of citizen has ever developed! Because they are interdependent, they are united, they are satisfied, they give to each other, small or large, do not refuse to share his wealth. Let's say that the wealthy inhabitants of the north, but so do they climb a slope with hard the poor South? No! Since the only wish they were rich. And the only flesh of their mouth is "The only greatest thing in this world is to be a rich, and in order to Achieve that we MUST practice being greedy."
For you created as well, love the life!
Change yourself by being fair and satisfied with life! You do good for yourself and more for both. With its help the whole person in the world
and this is my greatest Paradigm
